Revenue-based financing platform Klub announced that it has appointed Anuj Berry as an Entrepreneur in Residence. According to the company’s statement, Anuj Berry would be responsible for driving key global initiatives for Klub.
Before joining Klub, Anuj led ‘Amazon Launchpad’ as the Program Leader in Amazon India. Amazon Launchpad is a premium global program that enables startups and emerging brands to build, launch and scale online while accelerating Amazon customers’ access to differentiated, high-potential, cross-category products.
At Amazon India, Anuj led a team of 70 employees and worked closely on launching 2800 brands since Launchpad’s inception. Some of these brands include YogaBar, The Whole Truth, The Moms Co., Bare Anatomy, among others.
Commenting on the appointment, Ishita Verma, co-founder and COO at Klub, said, “Our aim at Klub is to become India’s most loved capital platform, and we are excited to have Anuj join us to further this mission. With his deep understanding of building and scaling brands, Anuj will expand our portfolio of offerings for loved brands and tap global scale.”
Anuj holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and has worked in the technology consulting sector with global clients in the financial services industry prior to completing a degree in management from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
