Mild Cares’ Gynocup raises undisclosed amount from US-based Meet The Drapers

Gynocup, a flagship product of Mild Cares that deals with feminine hygiene products, has raised an undisclosed amount in funding from the US-based startup investing platform Meet The Drapers.

Gynocup was shortlisted amongst 2000 startups worldwide and reached the semi-finals with their brand offering, which includes becoming a safe and hygienic product for women globally.

Gynocup was created with the primary goal of positively impacting the lives of all women. In India alone, 400 million women face issues emanating from these, which is primarily a huge number of women facing these same issues worldwide.

Sandeep Vyas, Co-founder & CEO of Mild Cares, said, “Our efforts in building the product and taking it to the global market has received added momentum with recognition and support from Meet The Drapers. Since its launch in 2020, the product has crossed the mark of $ 20,000 in sales. The company is looking to touch Rs 100 crore revenue by 2025-26.”

Gynocup menstruation cups are made of 100 per cent medical-grade silicon, which is chemical-free, environmentally safe, and FDA-approved (and certified).

In addition, the cup is latex-free, BPA-free, dioxin-free, and phthalate-free, reducing the risk of infection and rashes. The product can be safely re-used multiple times making it environment-friendly and cost-effective.
