HireSure bags seed round co-led by Y Combinator and Three State Capital

HRtech platform HireSure.ai has secured $2.5 million in seed funding co- led by YCombinator and Three State Capital, along with round participation from Tribe Capital and Pioneer fund.

The proceeds will be utilised to strengthen the community, build new products and beef up engineering and product teams, HireSure said in a press release.

Founded in 2019 by Anurag Dixit, Anshul Mishra, and Ramesh Konatham, HireSure enables companies to make prudent compensation decisions and eliminate pay disparities, launching CompUp, a full-stack compensation management platform.

Its flagship product CompUp is a full-stack compensation management platform that brings together all compensation data and insights into one place. This will be used by companies to compare, strategise, and communicate ‘Total rewards’ to their employees, and candidates. It also has a community where CHROs and reward professionals across sectors promote best practices around rewards.

The Bengaluru-based startup has partnered with more than 200 funded startups in India including Meesho, Slice, Dream11, Apna, Porter, Dunzo, Khatabook, and Rapido. It looks to partner with about 800 startups by the end of 2023 and will then expand its offering to Southeast Asia and Middle East. It directly or indirectly competes with other HRtech companies like Belong, Darwinbox, Edge Networks, Monjin, and Mettl.
