Monday : Fujitsu Ltd said it will divide its office space in two half in next three years as it rewrites the way employees work under a new normal amid the pandemic.
The IT solution company said that wherever it is possible will apply and implement work from home facility and its roughly 80,000 group employees in Japan would work flexible hours .

Head of the human resources unit Mr. Hiroki Hiramatsu told a news briefing ,”We will overhaul our current work, allowance and welfare framework that is based on the assumption that employees commute to designated offices every day.
In recent time Fujitsu has sold down its or ditched money losing hardware business such as laptops and smartphones to focus on software services, a business relatively easy to conduct remotely .
Hiramatsu said, the company plan to launch satellite offices in areas where many employees reside and sign up with more shared workspace providers as we are reducing the office space.
