SaaS and marketplace provider for the airline industry, Mystifly raises  million

Singapore-based SaaS and marketplace provider for the airline industry Mystifly has raised $8 million in its pre-Series B funding round led by CSVP (Cornerstone Venture Partners) along with earlier investments from RSI Fund I. LLC (a subsidiary of Recruit Co Ltd), Jenfi & Crusade Partners, among others.

Mystifly, which was founded in 2009, will use the raised capital for the growth of data and technology capabilities and expansion into different territories, distribution and product offerings.

Rajeev Kumar and Bharat Goyal co-founded Mystifly unifies airline offers, order management and payments on a single platform enabling offer discovery, ticket order management, ancillary sales, post-booking services and payments to its customers.  

Commenting on the fundraise, Rajeev Kumar said, “We are excited to welcome CSVP as an investor alongside our earlier investor RSI and Jenfi & Crusade Partners as we expand Mystifly’s reach. The pandemic has made us more resilient, and our investment in multi-source search, servicing, and payment platforms has resulted in a self-onboarding enterprise-level air travel platform for airlines and travel intermediaries.”

The startup that it works with over 700 airlines, including 200 low-cost airlines, airlines moving to new distribution and traditional full-service airlines across the globe.
